Artichoke Pulp (Thistle) - also known as the cardoon, is native to the western and central Mediterranean and grows wild in Greece. 

  • Wild artichoke thistle is a by-product that would otherwise become industrial waste.

  • A graduate of the Edinburgh College of Art made a lounge chair using a combination of plant fiber and organic epoxy resin. The chair is completely biodegradable and can be used as biofuel. It is made up of artichoke fibers and bio—based resin derived from recycled cooking oils.

  • Renewable and 100% biodegradable.

  • Scratch Resistant, satin gloss, poor fire resistance, moderate UV resistance and performs like plastic.
