QMILK Fiber

Product made from non-food milk. Made from milk proteins which were used in the 1930s to manufacture textiles but the fibers were treated with various chemicals and produced in complex processes. It is used in fiber products and is the only natural fiber with thermo-binding properties thus other natural fibers can also be combined without conventional plastics or phenolic resins. In fashion - Ideal combination partner for a wide variety of material mixes made from natural or synthetic fibers. It can be spun with all types of wool and with vicose, cotton, cellulose or synthetics. It improves the properties of wool used to make felt. It can also be used in wipes,

  • Specially developed spinning process forms fibers for use in textiles, yarn and felt. It can be used in cosmetics as a natural peptide that protects and regulates skincare processes. Used as a biopolymer and bioplastic.

  • 100% compostable; the patented spinning process saves water, energy and zero waste process – it is very sustainable. The fibers consist of 100% renewable raw materials and non-food milk.
